Supplements efforts around staff and management development and compliance
TTP customizes a plan for each provider that involves the development and implementation, with TTP’s support, of:
The role(s), responsibilities, and structure to support staff in elevating service quality;
The metrics, tools and processes to collect and assess data on service quality; and
A defined process for consistently addressing issues and raising service quality
3. Workforce Transformation and Partnerships
Multi-stakeholder partnership between providers, universities, and NEXT for AUTISM FELLOWS
Goals are to:
Introduce university students to the rewards of working with adults with autism and IDD
Establish a path for young professionals by recruiting and developing promising, engaged university students to work in residential services
Create a more educated and prepared workforce
The FELLOWS program offers graduate and undergraduate students:

Paid employment working hands-on with residents at a partner provider as a DSP
