2. Excellence in Support and Outcomes (“ESO”) Consulting

  • Implementation of an ESO function ensures that improvements to service quality initiated during the Foundational Development Courses are sustained, and further elevated, long-term

  • Supplements efforts around staff and management development and compliance

  • TTP customizes a plan for each provider that involves the development and implementation, with TTP’s support, of:

    • The role(s), responsibilities, and structure to support staff in elevating service quality; 

    • The metrics, tools and processes to collect and assess data on service quality; and

    • A defined process for consistently addressing issues and raising service quality


3. Workforce Transformation and Partnerships

  • Multi-stakeholder partnership between providers, universities, and NEXT for AUTISM FELLOWS

  • Goals are to:

    • Introduce university students to the rewards of working with adults with autism and IDD

    • Establish a path for young professionals by recruiting and developing promising, engaged university students to work in residential services

    • Create a more educated and prepared workforce

  • The FELLOWS program offers graduate and undergraduate students:

    • Tuition subsidy

    • Paid employment working hands-on with residents at a partner provider as a DSP

    • Professional development coursework provided by TTP in NJ
